1. The service & who we are

GenPRD (genprd.com) is a product operated by PT DIGI HARMONY FUSION, a company incorporated in Indonesia ("Company", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and PT DIGI HARMONY FUSION.

GenPRD generates product requirement documents and build specifications from descriptions you provide, using AI models. Output is produced automatically and is provided as a drafting aid — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Paid plans may be sold through Paddle.com, acting as our merchant of record — Paddle handles payment processing, billing support and applicable taxes for those purchases.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account details (name, email, WhatsApp) and keep access to your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One account per person. Accounts used to circumvent quotas or abuse the service may be suspended.

3. Plans, quotas & fair use

Free plans include a weekly generation quota. Credit-based plans consume one credit per generated spec. "Unlimited" plans include a generous weekly fair-use cap that resets every 7 days — it exists to prevent abuse, not normal professional use.

Quotas, limits and features may be adjusted; material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance.

4. Your content & ownership

You own the descriptions you submit and the specs you generate. We claim no intellectual-property rights over your output.

You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service — processing your input through AI providers and storing your saved specs.

You may not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated specifications can contain mistakes, omissions or assumptions. They are a starting point for engineering work, not professional advice. Always validate requirements — especially anything involving money, security, health or legal compliance — before building or shipping.

6. Acceptable use

No abuse: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, resell access, reverse-engineer the service, or generate content that is illegal or intended to cause harm.

7. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
